Στις 19/12/22 ο αναρχικός επαναστάτης Θ. Χατζηαγγέλου, μέλος της οργάνωσης Αναρχική Δράση,ξεκίνησε απεργία πείνας και δίψας με αίτημα να του γνωστοποιηθούν οι λόγοι της βίαιης καιεκδικητικής μεταγωγής του στις φυλακές Νιγρίτας και την άμεση επιστροφή του στις φυλακέςΚορυδαλλού. Παράλληλα ξεκίνησαν απεργία πείνας σε αλληλεγγύη με τον Θ. Χατζηαγγέλου οιαναρχικοί Γ. Μιχαηλίδης από 22/12, Λ Βουγιουκλάκης και Φ. Δασκαλάς από 24/12, Φ. Τζιώτζης από25 ώς 27/12. Την ίδια στιγμή οι 11 Τούρκοι και Κούρδοι επαναστάτες του Λ. Μετώπου, έγκλειστοι στιςελληνικές φυλακές, βρίσκονται σε απεργία πείνα από τις 7/8/22 με βασικά, μεταξύ άλλων, αιτήματα,να σταματήσει η δίωξη με βάση τις αντιτρομοκρατικές νομοθεσίες και μια δίκαιη δίκη.Αν η πραγματικότητα που βιώνουν μεγάλα κομμάτια της ελληνικής κοινωνίας είναι τραγική από κάθεσκοπιά, οικονομική, κοινωνική και πολιτική, ας φανταστούμε την πραγματικότητα που βιώνουν οιχιλιάδες κρατούμενοι στις ελληνικές φυλακές. Την ίδια στιγμή που τα τσιράκια του συστήματος(Κορκωνέας, χρυσαυγήτες, Λιγνάδηδες κτλ) είτε αποφυλακίζονται είτε την περνούν “ζωή και κότα”, οιχιλιάδες ανώνυμοι κρατούμενοι ζουν χωρίς κανένα δικαίωμα στις πιο άθλιες συνθήκες διαβίωσης. Ήδηεδώ και 2 μήνες πραγματοποιούν ειρηνικές κινητοποιήσεις εντός των φυλακών για τις οποίες δενμαθαίνει κανείς τίποτα.

Οι πολιτικοί κρατούμενοι βρίσκονται σε ακόμη δυσκολότερη συνθήκη. Τα τελευταία χρόνια, με τηνενίσχυση του κατασταλτικού νομικού οπλοστασίου και την φασιστική πολιτική της κυβέρνησης τηςΝΔ, επιχειρείται η εξόντωσή τους σε ένα καθεστώς απομόνωσης, στέρησης βασικών δικαιωμάτων καικάθε είδους εκβιασμών. Πλαστά κατηγορητήρια, δυσανάλογες ποινές, άρνηση αδειών, άρνησηαποφυλακίσεων παρά τη συμπλήρωση των απαραίτητων θεσμικών προδιαγραφών, απαίτησηδηλώσεων μετανοίας – νομιμοφροσύνης, κ.α. Ενδεικτικό είναι το παράδειγμα του Ιταλού αναρχικούAlfredo Cospito ο οποίος είναι επίσης σε απεργία πείνας από τις 20/10/22 ενάντια στο καθεστώςαπομόνωσης που το ιταλικό κράτος επιβάλει στους πολιτικούς κρατούμενους. Ένα καθεστώςεξόντωσης και απόλυτης απομόνωσης. Τέτοιου είδους πρακτικές είναι η θωράκιση του κόσμου τηςεξουσίας ενάντια σε όσους αντιστέκονται. Σήμερα εφαρμόζονται στους αναρχικούς και κομουνιστέςαύριο σε όλη την κοινωνία. Είναι η ίδια πρακτική που εφάρμοζαν στο παρελθόν η χούντες και ταφασιστικά καθεστώτα.

Από την πλευρά μας βιώνουμε την ίδια συνθήκη πάνω στον σύντροφο μας Κ. Δημαλέξη ο οποίοςσυνελήφθη με κατασκευασμένο κατηγορητήριο για να έχει άλλοθι η ΓΑΔΑ και το υπουργείο ναεπιτεθούν στην κατειλημμένη γειτονιά των Προσφυγικών Λ. Αλεξάνδρας και να συλλάβουν 79υπερασπιστές της, κατοίκους και αλληλέγγυους. Ο σύντροφός μας από την είσοδό του στις φυλακέςΚορυδαλλού τέθηκε σε καθεστώς 5ήμερης καραντίνας-απομόνωσης, ένα μέτρο που επιβλήθηκε μεαφορμή τον κοβιντ και συνεχίζεται ως σήμερα με σκοπό την απομόνωση και το σπάσιμο τουφρονήματος των κρατουμένων. Στη συνέχεια αντί να μεταφερθεί σε μια από τις πτέρυγες όπουκρατούνται άλλοι σύντροφοι αναρχικοί και που κανονικά έπρεπε να μεταφερθεί, χωρίς καμιά εξήγησημεταφέρθηκε στην πτέρυγα Έ, ενώ ακολούθησε η βίαιη μεταγωγή του στις φυλακές Τρικάλων για νατον απομονώσουν εκ νέου ακόμη και από την ελάχιστη δυνατότητα επαφής με την οικογένειά, τηδικηγόρο και τους οικείους του. Το έγκλημά του ήταν ότι προσπάθησε, στον θάλαμο που τελευταία τονείχαν μεταφέρει, αποτελούμενο από 18 συγκρατούμενους και με σπασμένα τζάμια, να συμμετάσχειστην δημιουργία συνέλευσης για την επίλυση τέτοιου είδους πρακτικών ζητημάτων. Ο αγώνας για τηνκαλυτέρευση των δικαιωμάτων των κρατουμένων είναι όχι μόνο καθήκον για τον κάθε αγωνιστή αλλάκαι νομικό δικαίωμα του ίδιου του αστικού κράτους.

Από σήμερα, Τρίτη 27 Δεκεμβρίου 2022 ώρα 13:00, ξεκινάμε κυκλική απεργία πείνας, ένα άτομο τηνημέρα, σε αλληλεγγύη με τον αγωνιστή Θ. Χατζηαγγέλου και για όσο διαρκέσει η απεργία πείνας καιδίψας του. Μαζί μας ξεκινά και ο σύντροφος Κ. Δημαλέξης από τη φυλακή. Ταυτόχρονα στεκόμαστεαλληλέγγυοι με τους 11 απεργούς πείνας από 7/8/22 του ΛαΪκού Μετώπου και πλάι με τον AlfredoCospito απεργό πείνας από 20/10/22 ενάντια στο καθεστώς απομόνωσης που του επιβάλλεται.

PARTICIPATION IN AND SUPPORT FOR THE HUNGER AND THIRST STRIKE OF THEANARCHIST MILITANT THANOS HATZIANGELU

On 19/12/22 the anarchist revolutionary and member of “Anarchist Action”, Th. Hatziangelou started a hunger and thirst strike demanding to be informed of the reasons for his violent and vindictive transferto Nigrita Prison, and for his immediate return to Korydallos prison.

At the same time, imprisoned anarchists G. Michailidis, L Vouyiouklakis, Φ. Daskalas, and F. Tziotzis started hunger strikes in solidarity with Hatziangelou ( GM from 22/12, IV and FD from 24/12, and FT from 25/12). Meanwhile, 11 imprisoned Kurdish and Turkish revolutionaries of the People’s Front have been on hunger strike since 7/8/22 demanding, among other things, an end to their unjust persecution and the right to a fair trial.While the lackeys of the state (Korkones, members of the neonazi Golden Dawn party, Lignades, etc.)are released from jail and acquitted of charges, thousands of unnamed prisoners live without rights in miserable conditions.

For the last two months, peaceful demonstrations have been held inside the prisons across Greece. News of these struggles rarely reach beyond the prison walls. For many political prisoners, the fascist policies of the current New Democracy government and strengthening of repressive judicial mechanisms have led to a regime of isolation, deprivation of basic rights and freedom, and blackmail through false accusations, disproportionate sentences, and demands for statements of “repentance”.
Requests for release — despite meeting the usual institutional requirements — are often denied without reason. We can find similarities in example of the Italian anarchist Alfredo Cospito, who has been on hunger strike since 20/10/22 in protest against the forced isolation of political prisoners by the Italian state. In essence, punitive regimes of total isolation and extermination.These practices shield those in positions of power from those who dare resist. Hiding behind such acts of violence, the state attempts to reassure itself of its own omnipotence, but instead reveals only its truenature.

In doing so, it follows in the footsteps of the juntas and fascist regimes of the past. Today these practices are applied against anarchists and and communists. Tomorrow, it could be on all of society.This repression has been felt in our community through the arrest of our comrade K Dimalexis on trumped up charges on 22.11.22. The police operation to kidnap and arrest K. Dimalexis was used as an excuse for GADA and the ministry to attack and criminalize the neighborhood, arresting 79 of its defenders residents and solidarians. After being placed under pre-trial detention in Korydallos Prison,our comrade was put in isolation for 5 days: a measure first imposed due to the COVID pandemic but that continues to be used as a way to isolate and break prisoners. From there, instead of being transferred to a ward with other anarchist political prisoners (where normally he should have been transferred), he was isolated in ward E and later moved without explanation to Trikala Prison.
In Trikala, he is heavily isolated, with few possibilities to contact his family and lawyer. The “crime” used to the transfer was that in the the last ward he was in, he along with 18 fellow prisoners participated in creating an assembly to solve practical issues (broken windows, etc).solving such practical issues.

The fight for the rights of prisoners is not only a duty for each incarcerated comrade but also a legal responsibility of the state itself.
From today, Tuesday, 27 December 2022 at 13:00, we will start a cyclical strike hunger strike in solidarity with the militant Th. Hatziangelou. One person will participate in the hunger strike each day,for as long as his hunger and thirst strike lasts. Our Comrade K. Dimalexis will join us from prison.
We stand in solidarity with the 11 hunger strikers from 7/8/22 of the People’s Front and with Alfredo Cospito, hunger striker from 20/10/22 against the regime of isolation imposed on him.

ANARŞİST SAVAŞÇI TH. HATZIANGELOU’nun Açlık ve Susuzluk GREVİNE KATILIM VEDESTEK

19/12/22 tarihinde anarşist devrimci ve “Anarşist Eylem” üyesi Th. Hatziangelou, NigritaHapishanesine şiddetli ve kinci bir şekilde nakledilmesinin nedenlerinin kendisine bildirilmesini talepederek ve derhal Korydallos hapishanesine geri gönderilmesi talebiyle açlık ve susuzluk grevinebaşladı. Olağan kurumsal gereklilikleri karşılamasına rağmen tahliyetalepleri genellikle sebepsiz yere reddediliyor. Le 19/12/22, le révolutionnaire anarchiste et membre de “Anarchist Action”, Th. Hatziangelou aentamé une grève de la faim et de la soif, exigeant d’être informé des raisons de son transfert violent etvindicatif à la prison de Nigrita, et son retour immédiat à la prison de Korydallos. Au même moment,les anarchistes emprisonnés G. Michailidis, L. Vouyiouklakis, Φ. Daskalas, et F. Tziotzis ont entamédes grèves de la faim en solidarité avec Hatziangelou ( GM depuis le 22/12, IV et FD depuis le 24/12,et FT depuis le 25/12). Pendant ce temps, 11 révolutionnaires kurdes et turcs emprisonnés du « Frontdu Peuple » sont en grève de la faim depuis le 7/8/22, exigeant, entre autres, la fin de leur persécutioninjuste et le droit à un procès équitable.Alors que les laquais de l’État (Korkones, membres du parti néonazi Aube dorée, Lignades, etc.) sontlibérés de prison et acquittés, des milliers de prisonniers anonymes vivent sans droits dans desconditions misérables. Depuis deux mois, des manifestations pacifiques ont lieu à l’intérieur des prisonsde toute la Grèce. Les nouvelles de ces luttes parviennent rarement au-delà des murs de la prison. Pourde nombreux prisonniers politiques, les politiques fascistes du gouvernement actuel de NouvelleDémocratie (Nea Demokratia) et le renforcement des mécanismes judiciaires répressifs ont conduit àun régime d’isolement, de privation des droits et libertés fondamentaux, et de chantage par le biais defausses accusations, de peines disproportionnées et d’exigences de déclarations de “repentance”. Lesdemandes de libération – bien que répondant aux exigences institutionnelles habituelles – sont souventrefusées sans raison. Nous pouvons trouver des similitudes dans l’exemple de l’anarchiste italienAlfredo Cospito, qui fait une grève de la faim depuis le 20/10/22 pour protester contre l’isolement forcédes prisonniers politiques par l’État italien. Il s’agit essentiellement de régimes punitifs d’isolement totalet d’extermination.Ces pratiques protègent les détenteurs du pouvoir de ceux qui osent résister. En se cachant derrière cesactes de violence, l’État tente de se rassurer sur sa propre omnipotence, mais ne révèle que sa véritablenature. Ce faisant, il suit les traces des juntes et des régimes fascistes du passé. Aujourd’hui, cespratiques sont appliquées contre les anarchistes et les communistes. Demain, ce pourrait être surl’ensemble de la société.Cette répression a été ressentie dans notre communauté par l’arrestation de notre camarade K Dimalexissur de fausses accusations le 22.11.22. L’opération policière pour kidnapper et arrêter K. Dimalexis aservi de prétexte à la GADA et au ministère pour attaquer et criminaliser le quartier, en arrêtant 79 deses défenseurs résidents et solidaires. Après avoir été placé en détention provisoire à la prison deKorydallos, notre camarade a été mis en isolement pendant 5 jours : une mesure imposée pour lapremière fois en raison de la pandémie de COVID mais qui continue d’être utilisée comme moyend’isoler et de briser les prisonniers. De là, au lieu d’être transféré dans un quartier avec d’autresprisonniers politiques anarchistes (où il aurait normalement dû être transféré), il a été isolé dans lequartier E, puis transféré sans explication à la prison de Trikala. À Trikala, il est fortement isolé, avecpeu de possibilités de contacter sa famille et son avocat. Le “crime” invoqué pour justifier son transfertest que, dans le dernier quartier où il se trouvait, il a participé, avec 18 autres détenus, à la créationd’une assemblée chargée de résoudre des problèmes pratiques (fenêtres cassées, etc.). La lutte pour lesdroits des prisonniers n’est pas seulement un devoir pour chaque camarade incarcéré mais aussi uneresponsabilité légale de l’Etat lui-même.A partir d’aujourd’hui, mardi 27 décembre 2022 à 13h00, nous entamerons une grève cyclique de lafaim en solidarité avec le militant Th. Hatziangelou. Une personne participera à la grève de la faimchaque jour, aussi longtemps que durera sa grève de la faim et de la soif. Notre camarade K. Dimalexisse joindra à nous depuis la prison. TEILNAHME AM UND UNTERSTÜTZUNG DES HUNGER- UND DURSTSTREIKS DESANARCHISTISCHEN KÄMPFERS TH. HATZIANGELOU

Am 19.12.22 trat der anarchistische Revolutionär und Mitglied der “Anarchistischen Aktion” Th.Hatziangelou in einen Hunger- und Durststreik, mit der Forderung, über die Gründe für seinegewaltsame und rachsüchtige Verlegung in das Nigrita-Gefängnis informiert zu werden undunverzüglich in das Korydallos-Gefängnis zurückzukehren. Zeitgleich starteten die inhaftiertenAnarchisten G. Michailidis (am 22.12.), L. Vouyiouklakis, F. Daskalas (beide am 24.12.) sowie F.Tziotzis (am 25.12.) in Solidarität mit Hatziangelou einen Hungerstreik. Elf inhaftierte kurdischeund türkische Revolutionär*innen der Volksfront befinden sich seit dem 07.08.22 im Hungerstreikund fordern unter anderem die Beendigung ihrer ungerechten Verfolgung und das Recht auf einfaires Gerichtsverfahren. Während die Lakaien des Staates (Korkones, Mitglieder der Neonazi-Partei Chrysi Avgi („Goldene Morgenröte“), Lignades usw.) aus den Gefängnissen entlassen undfreigesprochen werden, leben Tausende von namenlosen Gefangenen ohne Rechte und inmiserablen Bedingungen. Seit zwei Monaten finden in ganz Griechenland friedlicheDemonstrationen innerhalb der Gefängnisse statt. Die Nachrichten über diese Kämpfe dringenjedoch selten über die Gefängnismauern hinaus.Für viele politische Gefangene haben die faschistische Politik der derzeitigen Regierung der NeaDimokratia („Neue Demokratie“) und die Stärkung der repressiven Justizmechanismen zu einemRegime der Isolation, des Entzugs grundlegender Rechte und Freiheiten sowie der Erpressungdurch falsche Anschuldigungen, unverhältnismäßige Strafen und Forderungen nachReuebekenntnissen geführt. Anträge auf Haftentlassung werden – trotz Erfüllung der üblicheninstitutionellen Voraussetzungen – oft ohne Begründung abgelehnt. Ähnlich verhält es sich mit demitalienischen Anarchisten Alfredo Cospito, der sich seit dem 20.10.22 im Hungerstreik befindet, umgegen die Zwangsisolation politischer Gefangener durch den italienischen Staat zu protestieren. ImWesentlichen handelt es sich dabei um Strafsysteme der totalen Isolation und Vernichtung, diediejenigen in Machtpositionen vor denen schützen, die es wagen, Widerstand zu leisten. Der Staatversteckt sich hinter solchen Gewaltakten, um sich seiner Allmacht zu versichern, aber er offenbartstattdessen nur sein wahres Wesen. Damit tritt er in die Fußstapfen der Juntas und faschistischenRegime der Vergangenheit. Heute werden diese Praktiken gegen Anarchist*innen undKommunist*innen angewandt. Morgen könnte es die gesamte Gesellschaft treffen.Diese Repression wurde in unserer Community am 22.11.22 durch die Verhaftung unseresGenossen K. Dimalexis auf Grund erfundener Anschuldigungen spürbar. Die Polizeioperation zurEntführung und Verhaftung von K. Dimalexis wurde von der GADA (oberstes Polizeipräsidium)und dem Ministerium als Vorwand benutzt, um die Nachbarschaft anzugreifen und zukriminalisieren, indem 79 ihrer Verteidiger*innen, Bewohner*innen und solidarische Menschenverhaftet wurden. Als er im Korydallos-Gefängnis in Untersuchungshaft kam, wurde unser Genossezunächst für fünf Tage in Isolationshaft gesteckt – eine Maßnahme, die erstmals aufgrund derCovid19-Pandemie verhängt wurde, die aber weiterhin als Mittel eingesetzt wird, um Gefangene zuisolieren und zu brechen. Von dort aus wurde er, anstatt in einen Gebäudeteil mit anderenanarchistischen politischen Gefangenen verlegt zu werden (wohin er normalerweise hätte verlegtwerden sollen), in Abteilung E isoliert und später ohne Erklärung ins Gefängnis von Trikala verlegt.In Trikala ist er stark isoliert und hat kaum Möglichkeiten, seine Familie und seine*n Anwält*in zukontaktieren. Das “Verbrechen”, das der Haftverlegung zugrunde liegt, bestand darin, dass er in derletzten Abteilung, in der er sich befand, zusammen mit 18 Mitgefangenen an der Gründung einerVersammlung zur Lösung praktischer Probleme (kaputte Fensterscheiben in Hafträumen usw.)mitgewirkt hatte. Der Kampf für die Rechte der Gefangenen ist nicht nur eine Pflicht für jede*ninhaftierten Genoss*in, sondern eigentlich auch die rechtliche Verantwortung des Staates selbst.Ab dem heutigen Dienstag, dem 27. Dezember 2022 um 13:00 Uhr werden wir in einen zyklischenHungerstreik treten, in Solidarität mit dem militanten Th. Hatziangelou. Jeden Tag, solange seinHunger- und Durststreik andauert, wird sich eine Person von uns am Hungerstreik beteiligen. UnserGenosse K. Dimalexis wird sich uns aus dem Gefängnis anschließen.Wir sind solidarisch mit den 11 Hungerstreikenden der Volksfront seit dem 07.08.22 und mitAlfredo Cospito, im Hungerstreik seit dem 20.10.22 gegen das ihm auferlegte Regime der Isolation.

El 19/12/22 el revolucionario anarquista Th. Hatjiangelou, miembro de la organización AcciónAnarquista, inició una huelga de hambre y sed exigiendo que se le informara de los motivos delviolento y vengativo traslado a la prisión de Nigrita y su regreso inmediato a la prisión deKorydallos. Al mismo tiempo, una huelga de hambre en solidaridad con Th. Hadjiangelou fueiniciada por los anarquistas G. Michailidis desde 22/12, L. Vougiouklakis y F. Daskalas desde24/12, F. Tziotzis desde 25 al 27/12. Al mismo tiempo, los 11 revolucionarios turcos y kurdos delFrente Popular, encarcelados en las cárceles griegas, están en huelga de hambre desde el 7/8/22con reivindicaciones básicas, entre otras, el fin de la persecución basada en leyes antiterroristasy un juicio justo.Si la realidad que vive gran parte de la sociedad griega es trágica en todos los sentidos (realidadeconómica, social y política), imaginemos la realidad que viven los miles de presos en las cárcelesgriegas. Al mismo tiempo que los esbirros del sistema (Korkoneas, Amanecer Dorado, Lignades,etc.) salen de la cárcel o se pasan la buena vida, los miles de presos anónimos viven sin ningúnderecho en las condiciones de vida más miserables. Ya desde hace dos meses, llevan a cabomanifestaciones pacíficas en el interior de las prisiones, de las cuales nadie se entera.Los presos políticos se encuentran en una situación aún más difícil. En los últimos años, con elincremento de las leyes represivas y la política fascista del gobierno de Nueva Democracia, seintenta exterminarlos en un régimen de aislamiento, privación de derechos básicos y todo tipode chantajes. Acusaciones falsas, condenas desproporcionadas, denegación de permisos,denegación de excarcelación a pesar de cumplir las normas institucionales necesarias, exigiendodeclaraciones de arrepentimiento – legitimidad, etc. El ejemplo del anarquista italiano AlfredoCospito que también está en huelga de hambre desde el 20/10/22 contra el régimen deaislamiento impuesto por el Estado italiano a los presos políticos. Un régimen de exterminio yaislamiento total. Tales prácticas son el blindaje del mundo de la autoridad en contra de los quese resisten. Hoy se aplican a anarquistas y comunistas, mañana a toda la sociedad. Es la mismapráctica que utilizaron en el pasado las dictaduras y los regímenes fascistas.Por nuestra parte experimentamos la misma situación en nuestro compañero K. Dimalexis quefue detenido bajo una acusación falsa para que GADA (Departamento policial de Atenas) y elministerio pudieran tener una excusa para para atacar el barrio ocupado de Prosfygika en laAvenida de Alexandras y detener a 79 compañers, residentes y activistas solidarios. Nuestrocompañero desde la entrada de la prisión Korydallos fue sometido a un régimen de cuarentena-aislamiento de 5 días, medida impuesta con excusa del Covid que continúa hasta hoy con elobjetivo de aislarlo y doblegarlo. Después, en lugar de ser trasladado al pabellón donde estándetenidos otros compañeros anarquistas y donde normalmente debería ser trasladado, sinninguna explicación, fue trasladado al pabellón E, seguido de su traslado forzoso a la prisión deTrikala para aislado de nuevo de la más mínima posibilidad de contacto con su familia, suabogado y sus cercanos. Su crimen fue que intentó, en la sala donde estuvo por última vez,compuesto por 18 reclusos y con cristales rotos, participar en la creación de una asamblea pararesolver estas cuestiones prácticas. La lucha por la mejora de los derechos de los presos no essólo un deber de cada militante, sino también un derecho legal del propio Estado burgués.A partir de hoy, martes 27 de diciembre de 2022 a las 13:00 horas, iniciamos una huelga dehambre rotativa, una persona al día, en solidaridad con el militante Th. Hatziangelou y mientrasdure su huelga de hambre y sed. También empieza con nosotros la huelga de hambre elcompañero K. Dimalexis desde la cárcel. PARTECIPAZIONE E SOSTEGNO ALLO SCIOPERO DELLA FAME E DELLA SETE DEL MILITANTE ANARCHICO TH. HATZIANGELOU

Il 19/12/22, il rivoluzionario anarchico e membro di “Azione Anarchica”, Th. Hatziangelou ha iniziato uno sciopero della fame e della sete, rivendicando di essere informato sui motivi del suo trasferimento violento e vendicativo nel carcere di Nigrita, e l’immediato ritorno nel carcere di Korydallos. Allo stesso tempo, gli anarchici imprigionati G. Michailidis, L. Vouyiouklakis, Φ. Daskalas e F. Tziotzis hanno iniziato lo sciopero della fame in solidarietà con Hatziangelou (GM dal 22/12, LV e FD dal 24/12 e FT dal 25/12). In contemporaneo ai fatti sopra citati, in questo periodo vi sono 11 rivoluzionari curdi e turchi del “Fronte popolare” detenuti nelle carceri greche in sciopero della fame dal 7/8/22, rivendicando, la fine della loro ingiusta persecuzione e il diritto a un giusto processo. Mentre i tirapiedi dello Stato (Korkones, membri del partito neonazista Alba Dorata, Lignades, ecc.) vengono rilasciati e assolti, migliaia di prigionieri anonimi vivono senza diritti in condizioni miserabili. Da due mesi si svolgono manifestazioni pacifiche all’interno delle carceri di tutta la Grecia. Le notizie di queste lotte raramente arrivano oltre le mura del carcere. Per molti prigionieri politici, le politiche fasciste dell’attuale governo di Nuova Democrazia (Nea Demokratia) e il rafforzamento dei meccanismi giudiziari repressivi hanno portato a un regime di isolamento, privazione dei diritti e delle libertà fondamentali e ricatto attraverso false accuse, condanne sproporzionate e richieste di dichiarazioni di “pentimento”. Le richieste di rilascio, pur soddisfacendo i consueti requisiti istituzionali, vengono spesso rifiutate senza motivo. Possiamo trovare delle analogie nell’esempio dell’anarchico italiano Alfredo Cospito, che dal 20/10/22 è in sciopero della fame per protestare contro il regime carcerario di isolamento totale (41 Bis), imposto alla sua persona in quando prigioniero politico anarchico rivoluzionario. Queste pratiche proteggono chi ha il potere da chi osa opporsi. Nascondendosi dietro questi atti di violenza, lo Stato cerca di rassicurare se stesso sulla propria onnipotenza, ma rivela solo la sua vera natura. In questo modo, segue le orme delle giunte e dei regimi fascisti del passato. Oggi queste pratiche sono applicate contro anarchici e comunisti. Domani potrebbe riguardare l’intera società. Questa repressione si è fatta sentire nella nostra comunità con l’arresto del nostro compagno K Dimalexis con false accuse il 22.11.22. L’operazione di polizia per il sequestro e l’arresto di K. Dimalexis è stato usato come pretesto dalla GADA e dal Ministero per attaccare e criminalizzare il quartiere, arrestando 79 dei suoi difensori residenti e solidali. Dopo essere stato rinchiuso nella prigione di Korydallos, il nostro compagno è stato messo in isolamento per 5 giorni: una misura imposta per la prima volta a causa della pandemia di COVID, ma che continua a essere utilizzata come mezzo per isolare e colpire i prigionieri. Da lì, invece di essere trasferito in un reparto con altri prigionieri politici anarchici (dove sarebbe stato normalmente trasferito), è stato isolato nel reparto, e poi trasferito senza spiegazioni alla prigione di Trikala. A Trikala è molto isolato, con poche possibilità di contattare la famiglia e l’avvocato. Il “reato” addotto per giustificare il suo trasferimento è che nell’ultimo reparto in cui si trovava ha partecipato, insieme ad altri 18 detenuti, alla creazione di un’assemblea per risolvere problemi pratici (finestre rotte, ecc.). La lotta per i diritti dei detenuti non è solo un dovere per ogni compagno incarcerato, ma anche una responsabilità legale dello Stato stesso. Da oggi, martedì 27 dicembre 2022 alle ore 13:00, inizieremo uno sciopero della fame ciclico in solidarietà con l’attivista Th. Hatziangelou. Una persona parteciperà allo sciopero della fame ogni giorno, fino a quando durerà lo sciopero della fame e della sete. Il nostro compagno K. Dimalexis ci raggiungerà dal carcere. Siamo solidali con gli 11 scioperanti della fame del 7/8/22 del Fronte Popolare e con Alfredo Cospito, scioperante della fame del 20/10/22 contro il regime di isolamento impostogli.

Στις 22/11/2022 απήχθη και συνελήφθη με κατασκευασμένο κατηγορητήριο της κρατικής ασφάλειας, ο σύντροφος Κώστας Δημαλέξης, κάτοικος της γειτονιάς και μέλος της Κοινότητας των Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών Λ. Αλεξάνδρας. Η σύλληψη και δίωξή του χρησιμοποιήθηκαν ως άλλοθι για την εισβολή στα Προσφυγικά, τα οποία αποτελούσαν και συνεχίζουν να αποτελούν τον πραγματικό στόχο της επιχείρησης και την προσπάθεια εγκληματοποίησης της Κοινότητας και της γειτονιάς μας. Το ίδιο το κατηγορητήριο ελλείψει οποιουδήποτε σοβαρού στοιχείου, βασίστηκε στην κατασκευή προφίλ και την προώθησή του από τα καθεστωτικά ΜΜΕ. Η καταστολή δεν έκανε τίποτε άλλο από το να επαναλάβει μια συνηθισμένη για την ίδια πρακτική. Δημιουργεί δεξαμενές υπόπτων και ανά περίπτωση τους χρησιμοποιεί για να τους χτυπά και να δένει υποθέσεις παράγοντας κατασταλτική πολιτική. Αμέτρητες οι υποθέσεις όλα αυτά τα χρόνια που αγωνιστές σύρθηκαν σε στημένες δίκες, κινήματα στοχοποιήθηκαν και αγώνες καταστάλθηκαν, για να καταλήξουν σε πανηγυρικές αθωώσεις ή καταδίκες που κάνουν να ντρέπεται ακόμη και αυτό το ίδιο το αστικό σύστημα δικαιοσύνης. Ταυτόχρονα, οι υποθέσεις αυτές αποτελούν την άλλη όψη του ίδιου νομίσματος. Την ολοένα και μεγαλύτερη εκτροπή του ελλαδικού συστήματος δικαιοσύνης σε ένα καθεστωτικό μηχανισμό πολιτικών διώξεων, προστασίας των εγκληματικών ελίτ (υπόθεση Ηλιούπολης, υποθέσεις Λιγνάδη, Φιλιππίδη, Φουρθιώτη, Greek Mafia κ.α.), τρομοκράτησης της κοινωνίας και επιβολής ενός ολοκληρωτικού καθεστώτος παρόμοιου με αυτού κρατών της Αφρικής και της Λ. Αμερικής.

Ο σύντροφος Κώστας, με βάση αυτά τα ανύπαρκτα στοιχεία και με μόνο επιβαρυντικό στοιχείο την πολιτική του ταυτότητα ως αναρχικός αγωνιστής και μέλος της Κοινότητας των Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών, προφυλακίστηκε στις φυλακές Κορυδαλλού με σύμφωνη γνώμη ανακριτή και εισαγγελέα. Στις φυλακές Κορυδαλλού αντί να μεταφερθεί σε μια από τις πτέρυγες όπου κρατούνται άλλοι σύντροφοι αναρχικοί και που κανονικά έπρεπε να μεταφερθεί, χωρίς καμιά εξήγηση μεταφέρθηκε στην πτέρυγα Ε. Η κίνηση αυτή όπως αποδεικνύεται και σήμερα αποτέλεσε πολιτική επιλογή και εντολή του υπουργείου και των αρμόδιων φορέων ενταγμένη στην γενικότερη πολιτική καταστολής του αναρχικού κινήματος ειδικά και των κοινωνικών και πολιτικών αντιστάσεων γενικότερα, παράλληλα και συνδυαστικά με την επέλαση της καταστολής κάθε κοινωνικού δικαιώματος. Την ποινικοποίηση της πολιτικής ζωής την συστηματική ενίσχυση του καθεστωτικού νομικού οπλοστασίου, την ισοπέδωση του συστήματος υγείας των εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων κτλ.

Χθες στις 22/12, πραγματοποιήθηκε μεταγωγή του συντρόφου παράτυπα, χωρίς καμιά ενημέρωση τόσο του ίδιου όσο και των δικηγόρων του, στις φυλακές Τρικάλων. Μια μεταγωγή που έρχεται να συμπληρώσει την ίδια εφαρμοσθήσα εκδικητική και τρομοκρατική στάση εναντίον του. Αν και για το σύστημα της φυλακής τέτοιου είδους τρομοκρατικές και εκδικητικές μεταγωγές είναι κάτι σύνηθες, για την αστική δημοκρατία τέτοιου είδους πρακτικές αποτελούν παρατυπίες που δεν συνάδουν με το ίδιο το θεσμικό πλαίσιο του αστικού κράτους.

Ακόμη μεγαλύτερο ενδιαφέρον έχει ότι η πρόταση για μεταγωγή του συντρόφου, αποτέλεσε πρόταση τόσο από το υπουργείο όσο και από την διευθύντρια της φυλακής προς το συμβούλιο φυλακής, ήδη από τις 7 Δεκέμβρη. Αν και δεν γνωρίζουμε τις λεπτομέρειες μιας τέτοιας πρότασης αλλά και της απόφασης που έγινε 2 βδομάδες αργότερα, γνωρίζουμε όμως ότι αποτελεί κίνηση διαχείρισης και απομόνωσης των πολιτικών κρατουμένων και εκδικητική κίνηση απέναντι τους.

Με την κίνηση αυτή η καταστολή δεν επιχειρεί να περιορίσει απλά τον σύντροφο μας σε μια απομακρυσμένη από το οικείο του περιβάλλον περιοχή. Επιχειρεί να τον απομονώσει συνολικά από το πολιτικό κοινωνικό και οικογενειακό του περιβάλλον. Ιδιαίτερα το τελευταίο εφόσον η οικογένεια του βιώνει ένα πολύ πρόσφατο πένθος, την ίδια στιγμή που δεν υπάρχει η οικονομική δυνατότητα να ταξιδεύει σε τόσο μακρινή απόσταση.

Ήδη ο σύντροφος μας, από την είσοδό του στις φυλακές Κορυδαλλού τέθηκε σε καθεστώς 5ήμερης καραντίνας-απομόνωσης, ένα μέτρο που επιβλήθηκε με αφορμή τον κοβιντ και συνεχίζεται ως σήμερα με σκοπό την απομόνωση και το σπάσιμο του φρονήματος των κρατουμένων. Στην συνέχεια μεταφέρθηκε στην πτέρυγα Ε και πάλι με σκοπό την απομόνωσή του μακριά από άλλους πολιτικούς του συντρόφους και στο τέλος στις φυλακές Τρικάλων. Για την τελευταία μάλιστα η μόνη αιτιολογία που μπορούμε να υποθέσουμε είναι η προσπάθεια του συντρόφου μας να συλλογικοποίηθεί ο ίδιος μαζί με άλλους κρατούμενους για την βελτίωση της καθημερινής τους διαβίωσης. Ζητήματα που αφορούν την υπερσυσσώρευση κρατουμένων στον θάλαμο, σπασμένα τζάμια και άθλιες συνθήκες διαβίωσης γενικότερα.

Η μεταγωγή αυτή που ήρθε 2 ημέρες μετά την μεταγωγή του συντρόφου Θ. Χατζηαγγέλου στις φυλακές τις Νιγρίτας αποκαλύπτει τον συνολικό σχεδιασμό της καταστολής απέναντι στους πολιτικούς κρατούμενους.

Είναι ξεκάθαρο για εμάς τόσο η στοχοθεσία των κατασταλτικών μηχανισμών για την ισοπέδωση του συντρόφου μας, όσο και ενάντια στην κοινότητα μας. Όπως είναι ξεκάθαρο ότι το ελληνικό κράτος έχει προ πολλού απολέσει έστω και στους τύπους μια αστική κοινοβουλευτική δημοκρατία. Το κράτος σκληραίνει ολοένα τη στάση του απέναντι στους αγωνιστές, εφαρμόζοντας στους πολιτικούς κρατούμενους αυτό που πρόκειται να εφαρμόσει μελλοντικά σε όλα τα κοινωνικά κομμάτια που αντιστέκονται. Το μόνο που μπορούμε να του αναγνωρίσουμε είναι ότι αποτελεί πια ένα φασιστικό κράτος όμοιο με αυτά της Τουρκίας και της Ουγγαρίας και της Ουκρανίας, επικίνδυνο για όλη την κοινωνία η οποία θα αναγκαστεί αργά ή γρήγορα να αυτο-προστατευεί από αυτό, οργανώνοντας με ταξική και κοινωνική ενότητα και προοπτική την άμυνά του απέναντι στην επέλαση του σύγχρονου φασισμού με δημοκρατικό μανδύα που επελαύνει παγκόσμια.

Από την πλευρά μας, παραμένουμε με αλληλεγγύη δίπλα στον σύντροφό μας πολιτικό κρατούμενο Κώστα Δημαλέξη μέχρι την απελευθέρωσή του. Παραμένουμε στη γειτονιά και την κοινότητά μας προστατεύοντας την από τους δολοφόνους της καταστολής. Αγωνιζόμαστε μέχρι την κατάρρευση αυτού του τυραννικού και άδικου καθεστώτος. Μέχρι όλος ο κόσμος να γίνει μια κοινότητα ισότητας, ελευθερίας, αλληλεγγύης και κοινωνικής δικαιοσύνης.

HANDS OF THE STRUGGLERS – SOLIDARITY WILL WIN

On 22/11/2022 he was kidnapped and arrested on a trumped-up charge of state security, comrade Kostas Dimalexis, a resident of the neighborhood and member of the Community of Squatted Prosfygika of L. Alexandra. His arrest and prosecution were used as an alibi for the invasion of Prosfygika, which was and still is the real target of the operation and the attempt to criminalize our community and our neighborhood. Interview with the eviction threatened project Prosfygika in Athens

The Community of squatted Prosfygika is a squatted neighborhood in Athens. There have been many squats and projects in Europe in the past. However, gradually the majority of these projects were attacked, cleared and razed to the ground by the repressive authorities. The Prosfygika is one of those projects that, to the best of their ability, defend themselves against repression and try to realize an alternative way of life and politics. The Prosfygika is also threatened with eviction and was last attacked by the Greek police on November 22nd. The community of the squatted project sent our news agency the following interview:

Can you introduce yourself? What are you doing?

“2010 was the beginning of the Community of squatted Prosfygika with the start of the Gathering. The eight blocks that make up our neighborhood are located between the police headquarters, two hospitals, the Panathinaikos football stadium and the main court. 400 people live in the neighborhood and about 200 people in the community, including 30 children. The community is a multicultural and multiethnic mosaic of different oppressed classes. People from more than 15 nationalities live together here. Our community works self-organized and horizontally based on theirs needs. This neighborhood is liberated ground but embedded in local realities. This means that we do not see our project as an “island of freedom” and have no such illusions . The Prosfygika neighborhood is a practical answer to the social and economic conditions we have been forced into. We are part of the class , social and international struggle. We fight against gentrification; we are part of the struggle for housing, part of the local struggle and movement in Athens.”

What is your historical background? In which tradition do you see yourselves?

“We see ourselves in the tradition of the revolutionary movement. Our values ​​are freedom, solidarity and equality and the main pillars we refer to are confederalism and internationalism. If we were to point out one historical ideological direction , it would be anarchism – communism and platformism. We see them as our theoretical and organizational basis, but we don’t work dogmatically. We see it more as a tool, but we have a broader political understanding.”

What are the challenges you face as a project ?

“As a movement, we face state repression in general, but our community in particular is also being persecuted by the authorities. We see the danger of the eviction of our area in connection with the general struggle in Greece and Athens: in connection with the police occupation in the Exarchia neighborhood, which is a central place for the anti-authoritarian movement, with the evictions of squats or the attacks on universities . Embedded in this context, we understandthe state’s gentrification plan for our neighborhood. The “REDEVELOPMENT OF ATHENS SRO”, founded in May 2018 under SYRIZA and continuing unabated under the NEW DEMOCRACY with K. Bakoyannis as President, has rolled up its sleeves and is plowing buildings, territories, whole regions, whole lives for our “ Well”. This means displacement of the people who live in this area, privatization and the increase in the cost of living. In concrete terms, this means that we are in constant danger of being expelled by the state. Another part is related to ourselves , that is, how can we work on our ownwork mentality? How can we question the values ​​that the state imposes on society and that we ourselves have grown up with? We seek to combat individualism and patriarchy and promote an equal and collective alternative, both on an individual and collective level.”

What major challenges do you think society is currently facing?

“An economic and social crisis amplifying a political crisis, the rise of nationalism and chauvinism paving the way for nation -states to become ever more totalitarian . Neoliberalization and individualization create a strong capitalist culture. NATO – and EU – policies as major imperialist powers trying to expand their territory. An increase and militarization of the police and the EU – borders, the creation of FRONTEX as a European military force to protect them with a new level of violence, death and pushback.”

How are you reacting to the crisis we are currently facing?

“We are organizing more to be able to react to the new situation , that is, to be able to react to changes in the Greek state with more repression of the movement . We try to build autonomous structures outside the mechanisms of the state, so as not to be dependent on the state, to actively oppose it and to create our own alternative. An example of this is the structure of the children’s home. The children ‘s home is a self-education structure and supports the development of the children in the district and organizes activitiesactivities with them. The children’s home focuses on the children’s psychosocial development, offers them support with their daily homework, organizes trips and creative games. By creating autonomous structures, we are able to promote our own culture and values. Our confederal approach seeks to provide a response to the ongoing crisis and issues the movement is facing. We try to find specific issues where we can find common ground to work with collectives and groups from different parts of the movement. In this step we open our project to different communities or to connect struggles from the local to the international level . Concretely, we propose to work together with collective responsibility, a common plan and a common agenda.”

Can you tell us something about the self-organization in your project?

“Our project is based on a specific framework that includes a collective program, collective responsibility and long-term plans. We work under Congressional procedures, which means we review our work in a review assembly. Here we reassess our tasks and work and practice criticism and self-criticism. Our decision-making body is our General Assembly, which takes place once a week and should be attended by all members of the community . In addition to this assembly, we work with a general administration as a secondAssembly, which takes place weekly, as a body that has no decision-making power but is responsible for implementing what has been discussed and decided in the general assembly.”

How is your relationship with society? How is your approach to society?

“We see and understand ourselves as part of society. We are a social project and there is no distinction between us and the others, we are not a political body outside or above society. Our struggles are fully connected to society . We are part of the social struggles and the class struggles. Our community is an open community , and our gatherings are open-procedure, meaning anyone can participate . We also encourage this openness in the movement.”

What is your relationship with the freedom movement in Kurdistan? Do you see parallels in your struggles?

“Kurdish and Turkish revolutionaries lived in the neighborhood before 2010, we have been in contact with them since then. In 2015, the first comrade traveled to Rojava to support the revolution. To date, 7 people from the community have traveled to Roja va and Kurdistan to support the movement. One of them, Haukur Hilmarsson, fell to Sehid defending Afrin in 2018 against the Turkish invasion. Some of the other internationalists in our community were seriously injured . The community is part of the Riseup4Rojava campaign and collaborates with the local Komele ( Kurdish Society Center) and other Turkish organizations . Since 2016, after the community made the proposal to house revolutionary organizations in our neighborhood’s infrastructure, Komele (assemblies) and Turkish revolutionary organizations have joined our community . Now PKK, TKP/ML, DKP, DHKP – C, MLKP are housed and MKP is present in their independent infrastructure. Of course we see parallels in our struggles, we see the need to fight for a liberated soil and to oppose the mechanisms of state and capital . The revolution in Rojava liberated land and made it possible to build an alternative.”

What do we have to do against the war in Kurdistan?

“We must support the Kurdish movement, in all four parts of Kurdistan, in Turkey and internationally. We can expand the Kurdish paradigm, put an emphasis on education and we should support the Kurdish structures around us. We are doing this locally with our participation in the Riseup4Rojava campaign. With Riseup4Rojava we want to draw attention to the war and the role of the EU and NATO, we don’t want to let a low- intensity war go unseen. We participate in educational measures (Academy of Democratic Modernity). As a community let’s encourage people to go to Rojava , join the revolution and learn from it. If structures of the Turkish state or capital are in our countries , we can attack them.”

What gives you inspiration, hope and perspective?

“Historically, all the struggles of the oppressed classes and their continuation today. To see that there are so many comrades and people fighting and fighting back . Our own community and what we have been able to build over the last ten years. But above all, the struggle of the Zapatistas and the Kurdish freedom movement gives us hope and an example to learn from and be inspired by . But other revolutionary movements around the world, for example in Latin America, can also be an inspiration.”

How can people, also outside of Greece, support your project?

“Interested people can come to our neighborhood to build organic relationships. In our community there are rooms that accept internationalists for a certain period of time who want to get to know our project, meet people, get involved in the common structures and the daily program and take responsibility for active resistance in the neighborhood. In addition, we invite people to stay long-term, responsible in our community to take over and become part of it. Additional support for the defense plan can be given through technical knowledge and work for barricading, combat material, alarm system, but also through support in our daily work . The blocks/houses in our neighborhood are about 100 years old, we repair and maintain them ourselves. We need knowledge and skills to support us in this practical work, eg construction work, plumbing work, but financial support is also needed. Internationalism is our basis, it is within this framework that we see relationships with othersGroups and individuals outside Greece as an important part to improve the struggle , create connections and common projects and support each other against state oppression . In the event of a state attack on our neighborhood, we welcome declarations and actions of solidarity . We consider the importance of each banner, slogan and announcement as a contribution to Prosfygika ‘s political defense . In a logic that aims to impose the greatest possible price on the state apparatus and capitalist wealth in the form of destruction, violence and social exposure, there are both aggressive and activistSolidarity actions welcome.

In general, every fight against capitalism, the state and exploitation helps our community , so get organized, squat, fight and build alternatives in your area .”

CALL FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF A SOLIDARITY DEMONSTRATION WITH PROSFYGIKA, SQUATS, AND SELF-ORGANIZED SPACES // CALL FOR THE FORMATION OF AN OPEN ASSEMBLY IN SOLIDARITY WITH PROSFYGIKA

In the morning of 22/11, repressive forces invaded the 7th block of the of the Squatted Neighbourhood of Prosfygika, arresting the comrade Kostas D. and then, in the afternoon of the same day, in the 6th block, arresting 79 of its defenders. We don’t think that on these topics we need say more, as they are well-known facts known to most people and published (at least not in this text).

We believe that in view of the forthcoming election period, the current government is trying to close all open accounts on the election promises that brought it to power, which are quite simply summed up as neoliberalism hand in hand with repression. The operation against Prosfygika took place only a few days after the the auction of the Botaniko stadium, and was followed a few days later by the evacuation of Elaionas camp.

All are part of the same double edged redevelopment plan pushed by the state since 2000, regardless of the government in power, regional or municipal authorities. The attacks against Prosfygika play a special role within this, both in terms of the suppression of communities of struggle and the physical looting of the neighborhood as a part of the state’s strategy for the gentrification of downtown Athens. The recent evictions of Dougrou and Mundo Nuevo squats in Larissa and Thessaloniki can be understood as part of the same plan, as the state carries out parallel attacks across the territory.

The “law and order” rhetoric of the current government has a two-fold objective: at the same time rallying right-wing and far-right audiences, while attempting to strike and weaken social resistance and the organized radical movement.
As we have often pointed out in previous texts, the attacks on squats have been a part of the state’s strategic planning for over a decade. We don’t know if this attack on us was the big one: if it was simply a rehearsal or test-run for a later invasion of the neighborhood, or part of a larger plan for the multifaceted repression of the Squatted Neighborhood of Prosfygika. What we do know, is that the next attack may come very soon. Next time, the state will be even more prepared. We must be as well.

In order to give a clear message to state mechanisms that orchestrated the attack, current and future governments, we deem it necessary to co-organize a massive central solidarity demonstration with the Community of Prosfygika as soon as possible. We call for a demonstration that will bring together people and movements across the spectrum of social and political struggles. A demonstration that will declare that the attacks against Prosfygika, Dougrou, Mundo Nuevo, and Exarchia will not be left unanswered and will have the solidarity from the majority of the society.

A demonstration that, by highlighting the fight put up for the self defense of the neighborhood, is positioned in solidarity with all free, public, and liberated spaces targeted by repression.
On a second level we also deem it necessary to call for the formation of an Open Assembly in defense of the Squatted Neighborhood of Prosfygika, Alexandra Avenue with the following main objectives:

– The organization of a series of actions and interventions in support of the neighborhood, to counter state propaganda.

– The organization of a series of actions to highlight the community and its struggle – The continued preparation of the defense of the neighborhood

– The strengthening and increased participation in the community structures and with ultimate goals:
The continued evolution of the neighborhood and the community of Prosfygika fermenting common militant political practices and perspectives

For these reasons, we call for an assembly on

Thursday 15/12, at 18:00

at the Social Center of the Squatted Neighborhood of Prosfygika, on Alexandra Avenue (L.Alexandras and Degleri), for the immediate organization of a central demonstration solidarity with Prosfygika, Exarchia and, all self-organized spaces (proposed date Saturday 7/1/23 at noon).
