ΕΚΤΑΚΤΗ ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ της Συνέλευσης & της Κοινότητας Προσφυγικών Λ. Αλεξάνδρας

Τα Προσφυγικά Λ. Αλεξάνδρας αποτελούν ένα συγκρότημα 179 κατοικιών σε ένα χώρο 14 στρεμμάτων στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, ανάμεσα στη Γ.Α.Δ.Α., το εφετείο, το γήπεδο της Λεωφόρου και τα νοσοκομεία ΕΛΠΙΣ & Αγ. Σάββας και το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των οποίων είναι κατειλημμένο και κατοικείται.

Από το 2002 και έπειτα, όταν ουσιαστικά ξεκίνησε ο νέος κύκλος σχεδιασμού καταστολής και λεηλασίας των Προσφυγικών κατοικιών Λ. Αλεξάνδρας, με πρόφαση την ανάπλαση στα πλαίσια των επερχόμενων ολυμπιακών αγώνων του 2004, οι προσπάθειες άλωσης της γειτονιάς δεν έχουν σταματήσει.

Έτσι, μετά τις αποτυχημένες προσπάθειες πώλησης και ερημοποίησης της γειτονιάς, οι οποίες αποκρούστηκαν με την αναγνώριση των Προσφυγικών ως εθνικό μνημείο από το ΣΤΕ λόγω του ιστορικού και αρχιτεκτονικού χαρακτήρα τους, ακολούθησε η σκοπούμενη υποβάθμιση και η κάλυψη του κενού χώρου από μικροσυμμορίες, οι οποίες επιχειρούσαν με την κάλυψη της Γ.Α.Δ.Α..

Τους νέους σχεδιασμούς της καταστολής ήρθαν να απαντήσουν σε πρώτη φάση καταληψίες-αγωνιστές οι οποίοι μπήκαν και δούλεψαν στην γειτονιά και σε δεύτερη η οργανική συγκρότηση μέρους τους σε κοινότητα αγώνα και τη Συνέλευση Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών (Συ.Κα.Προ.). Η δεκαετής δράση τους έδωσε ζωή και αυτοοργάνωσε την γειτονιά κάνοντας την σήμερα την μεγαλύτερη εδαφικά και αριθμητικά κατάληψη-κοινότητα στον ελλαδικό χώρο με 400-500 σταθερούς κατοίκους και αυτοοργανωμένες δομές (χώρο συνελεύσεων, συλλογική κουζίνα, συλ. σκίπινκ, συλ. φούρνους, συλ. Internet, παιδικό στέκι), με παρουσία σε κοινωνικούς-ταξικούς και διεθνιστικούς αγώνες.

Εκτός, όμως, από τις μετωπικές προσπάθειες των κρατικών μηχανισμών έχουν εφαρμοστεί, παράλληλα, διάφορες στρατηγικές τακτικές ισοπέδωσης της αντίστασης και του συλλογικού αγώνα των καταληψιών κατοίκων (κόψιμο ρεύματος, νερού, ποινικές διώξεις καταληψιών κ.α.). Ακολούθως, σημαντικό ρόλο έπαιξαν οι συνέπειες των εσωτερικών τριβών που προκλήθηκαν εντός του κινήματος, τόσο κατά το κύμα καταστολής ενάντια στις καταλήψεις της κυβέρνησης Σαμαρά, όσο μετά την έλευση της «αριστερής» κυβέρνησης ΣΥΡΙΖΑ.

Όλα τα παραπάνω είχαν σαν αποτέλεσμα να μετράμε ως σήμερα τρία διαφορετικά κύματα διαφόρων μορφών καταστολής με ταυτόχρονες απώλειες ή διαρροές από την γειτονιά (2012, 2015 & 2018), με πιο σημαντικό την πολύμηνη πολιορκία και αποτυχημένη απόπειρα εισβολής στις 31/10 & 1/11/2016, κάτι που οι κρατικοί και κομματικοί μηχανισμοί γνωρίζουν να εκμεταλλεύονται με τον καλύτερο τρόπο.

Στη διάρκεια όλων αυτών των χρόνων η Συνέλευση και η Κοινότητα των Προσφυγικών (Συ.Κα.Προ.), καθώς και οι νέες/οι σύντροφοι που ενίσχυσαν με την συμμετοχή τους, με δέσμευση και συνέπεια, προσπάθησαν να κρατήσουν ζωντανό και να μεγαλώσουν το απελευθερωμένο έδαφος μέσα στην γειτονιά. Με τους αγώνες που δόθηκαν, τις συλλογικές δομές και σχέσεις που δημιουργήθηκαν και την απελευθέρωση νέων άδειων σπιτιών, σήμερα, έχει επιτευχτεί η πλήρης, σχεδόν, παρουσία της κοινότητας και στα 8 μπλοκ αποτελούν που την γειτονιά.

Παράλληλα και εχθρικά με τους δικούς μας αγώνες κινούνται και οι κρατικοί και κομματικοί μηχανισμοί, οι οποίοι, λογικά θορυβημένοι, καταθέτουν τα νέα τους σχέδια για την άλωση και την λεηλασία της γειτονιάς. Όπως όλα δείχνουν το νέο χτύπημα που έχει ήδη μπει σε εφαρμογή, πρόκειται να είναι και το πιο σοβαρό. Η κυβέρνηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ σε συνεργασία με θεσμικούς φορείς και κρατικούς μηχανισμούς έχει αποφασίσει να προχωρήσει σε παρέμβαση ανάπλασης της γειτονιάς μας, απειλώντας ευθέως την παραμονή των κατοίκων-καταληψιών, που αποτελούν το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της γειτονιάς (οικογένειες, άποροι, μετανάστες, πολ. πρόσφυγες κ οργανώσεις, ντόπιοι αγωνιστές κ.α.).

Όλο αυτό το διάστημα συνεχώς ανακινείται το ενδεχόμενο της εισβολής (17/8/18, τέλη Γενάρη και μέσα Φλεβάρη 2019) με νομικές και θεσμικές ρυθμίσεις, μιντιακές ανακοινώσεις και άλλες κινήσεις ενδιαφερόμενων μερών (πολιτιστικοί και τοπικοί σύλλογοι, τεχνικοί έλεγχοι κ.α.), που ωστόσο κάθε φορά έμεναν ως μια ακόμη απειλή και προειδοποίηση.

Όλη αυτή η διαδικασία ήρθε να επισφραγιστεί με την τελική ψήφιση του νέου σχεδίου τον προηγούμενο μήνα. Από την πλευρά μας είμαστε έτοιμοι να υλοποιήσουμε το νέο πλάνο της κοινότητας και της γειτονιάς για τα επόμενα χρόνια, με την ενίσχυση των ήδη υπαρχουσών δομών και λειτουργιών και την δημιουργία νέων. Καθοριστικής σημασίας, ωστόσο, είναι η συνολική και πολύπλευρη κινηματική αλληλεγγύη, μιας και η τελική αυτή μάχη για την διάσωση ή όχι ενός ζωντανού κινηματικού εδάφους αγώνα είναι κάτι που μας αφορά και θα κοστίσει σε όλες και όλους μας.

Εντός αυτών των συνθηκων εργαζόμαστε για την διαδικασία ανοίγματος και καλέσματος αλληλεγγύης, για την περεταίρω ενίσχυση των Προσφυγικών και την ετοιμότητα για την υπεράσπιση των εδαφών και των σπιτιών μας απέναντι στην καταστολή. Με βάση το πλαίσιο αυτό ζητάμε την πολιτική, έμψυχη και υλική στήριξη του κόσμου του αγώνα, των οργανωμένων σχηματισμών και κάθε συντρόφισσας/ου, με σκοπό την συγκρότηση ενός μετώπου αντίστασης και αγώνα, για την υπεράσπιση του απελευθερωμένου εδάφους της κατειλημμένης γειτονιάς των Προσφυγικών Λ. Αλεξάνδρας και της πολιτικής, οργανικής και λειτουργικής της αυτονομίας, απέναντι στην κρατική καταστολή και λεηλασία.

Έπειτα και από τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις, όμως, θεωρούμε επείγον και αναγκαίο να προχωρήσουμε σε δημόσια έκτακτη ανακοίνωση επαγρύπνησης για ενδεχόμενη εισβολή/εκκένωση μέρους των κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών και ιδιαίτερα του 1ου και του 8ου μπλοκ, από τις δυνάμεις καταστολής με πρόσχημα το σχέδιο ανάπλασης, γεγονός που θα προκαλέσει ένα ντόμινο ανακατατάξεων και εξελίξεων μέσα στην γειτονιά με στόχευση την συνολική άλωσή της.

Αν και το έκτακτο της παρούσας ανακοίνωσης δεν επιτρέπει μια συνολικότερη ανάλυση, η οποία θα έρθει με το κείμενο και το κάλεσμα ανοίγματος, είναι ανάγκη να υπενθυμιστούν τα εξής:

Η Συ.Κα.Προ. δεν ηγεμονεύει μέσα στη γειτονιά των Προσφυγικών, δεν ασκεί συνολικό έλεγχο διαχείρισης της γειτονιάς, ούτε το επιχείρησε ποτέ, διατηρώντας πάντα τα ανοιχτά, οριζόντια και κοινοτιστικά χαρακτηριστικά της με πολιτικό και υλικό κόστος.

Ο ρόλος της Συ.Κα.Προ μέσα στη γειτονιά των Προσφυγικών είναι να αποτελεί το δεσμευμένο με συνέπεια κομμάτι της, το οποίο επωμίζεται εθελοντικά την υπεράσπιση του απελευθερωμένου εδάφους απέναντι στην καταστολή και την συγκρότηση μιας ελεύθερης και αυτόνομης οργανωμένης κοινότητας εντός του.

Το οργανωτικό και λειτουργικό πλαίσιο της Συ.Κα.Προ. δεσμεύει μόνο όσους έχουν εθελοντικά συνταχθεί με αυτό.

Έτσι, αντιλαμβανόμαστε με όρους διακυβεύματος και επίδικου ότι:

Η επιβίωση ή όχι των Προσφυγικών από την επερχόμενη επίθεση ως μια αυτόνομη αυτοοργανωμένη κοινότητα αγώνα θα ορίσει στο σύνολό τους σχεδιασμούς αστικής ανάπλασης του κέντρου της Αθήνας και του ριζοσπαστικού εδαφικοποιημένου κινήματος.

Η επιτυχημένη προστασία της κατειλημμένης γειτονιάς των Προσφυγικών από την καταστολή και τη λεηλασία αποτελεί στο σύνολό της ευθύνη του οργανωμένου κινήματος και όλου του κόσμου του αγώνα.

Για τους λόγους αυτούς:

Κηρύσσουμε την κατειλημμένη γειτονιά των Προσφυγικών σε κατάσταση έκτακτης ανάγκης ενάντια σε ενδεχόμενη εισβολή-εκκένωση

&

καλούμε την καθεμιά και τον καθένα να σταθούν αλληλέγγυοι για την υπεράσπιση του απελευθερωμένου εδάφους και της κοινότητας των Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών.

Urgent Announcement of Assembly of Squatted Prosfygika Alexandras Avenue

Prosfygika is a complex of houses (179 in total), 14 yards, in the center of Athens. The location of the neighborhood is very central: amongst the central police station, the central court of Athens, the football stadium of Panathinaikos F.C., and two hospitals (Elpis, Ag. Savvas). The biggest part of Prosfygika neighborhood is inhabited by squatters.

Since 2002, when the new circle of oppression and looting has began, having as an excuse the upcoming Olympic games and the general restoration of the city, the efforts of the state to retake the neighborhood hadn’t stop.

During all these years there have been several failed attempts selling/desertification our neighborhood, that had been pushed back, due to the recognition of the neighborhood as national heritage monument and for the architectural importance of it. After this, followed an intended undermining of the neighborhood, combined with the exploitation of the empty spaces by small drug gangs, who were working under the protection of police.

Against these new plans of the oppression, the squatters, that entered and who worked inside the neighborhood, gave a first answer. Some of these people, later, formed the community and also the assembly of the squatted Prosfygika. Their actions complete now 10 years of presence and have given life to the neighborhood. The self-organization, the 400-500 stable inhabitants, the communal structures (assembly space, collective kitchen, collective skipping, col. ovens, col. internet, kindergarten, col. coffee shop), had turned the neighborhood into the biggest squat community inside Greece borders, in numbers and in space, having at the same time presence in social-class and international struggles.

However, besides the head on efforts of the state mechanisms, there had also been other strategies of demolishing the resistance and collective struggle of the squatters’ inhabitants life: cutting electricity/water, political courts against squatters etc. An important role to all this played, also, the results by the inner troubles that were created inside the movement, not only with the oppression against the squats during the right wing government of Samaras, but also with the arrival of the “left” government of SYRIZA.

All these mentioned before, had as a result the different moves of oppression with the parallel losses or desertions from the neighborhood (2012, 2015, 2018), with most important situation the attempt of entering inside on 31/10 &1/11/2016. These conditions are something that the state and political parties mechanisms know to take advantage very well.

Inside all these years, the community and assembly of Prosfygika (Sy.Ka.Pro), as well as the new comrades that enhanced with their participation, commitment and consistency, tried to keep alive and grow even more the liberated ground inside the neighborhood. Through the fights that have been given, the collective structures and relationships that were created and the liberation of new empty houses, today we have reached the goal of community presence in all 8 blocks that consists the neighborhood.

At the same time, but hostile toward to our struggle, the state’s and political parties mechanisms are moving by depositing new plans for looting and conquest our neighborhood. As everything shows so far, the new attack, that has already started happening, will be the most serious so far. SYRIZA government along with institutional organizations and state mechanisms, has decided to proceed in on intervention of restoring our neighborhood, threatening in the most open way the presence of squatter-inhabitants, that consist the bigger part of our neighborhood (families, homeless, migrants, political refugees and organizations, local strugglers etc).

In the meantime, the threats of sudden invasion inside the neighborhood, had never stopped (17/8/18, end of January, middle of February 2019). Through law and institutional configurations, that however, remain only to the level of threat, announcements through media and other moves, by a variety of cultural and local centers, technical controls etc.

This whole procedure was sealed by the voting in parliament during the previous month, of their new plan. From our side, we are ready to implement the new plan of community and neighborhood for the next years to come, by enforcing the already existing structures and the creation of new ones. However of great importance we found the complete and pluralistic solidarity of the movement, since this final battle for the rescue or not, of a living space of struggle, is something that not only concerns us all, but also will have a cost to all of us.

Through all this conditions, we are working on the procedure of an open solidarity call for support and further enhancement of Prosfygika. In that way we believe we’ll be more ready to defend our ground and houses against oppression. According to our already existing context, we ask for political, living and material support by the people of the struggle, the organized groups and every comrade, having as a goal the formation of both resistance and struggle front, for the defense of the liberated ground of squatted Prosfygika neighborhood and its political, organic and operating autonomy, against state’s oppression and looting.

However, after the latest updates, we believe it’s urgent and necessary to proceed to this public urgent announcement-wake up call, for a possible upcoming invasion/evacuation of Prosfygika squat and mostly in the 1st and 8th block, having as an excuse the restoration plan, the oppression forces will try to slowly overtake the entire neighborhood. By attacking these two blocks, they will create a domino of rearrangements and updates inside our neighborhood, with the final target of her complete fall.

Although the urgent state of this announcement does not allow us a more complete analysis through the topic, that will come with the text for the open solidarity call, it is necessary to remind the following:

· Sy.Ka.Pro. does not rule upon the neighborhood or has a control upon it and didn’t try to do so, with political and material cost.
The role of Sy.Ka.Pro. inside the neighborhood of Prosfygika is to be the committed with consistency part, that burden voluntarily the defense of the ground, as long with the formation of an autonomous and free organized community.
The organizational and operational context of Sy.Ka.Pro. binds only those who have willingly take part to it.

Therefore, we realize as a stake: ·

that the survival or not of Prosfygika from the upcoming attack as an autonomous self organized community of struggle, will define the bigger plan of urban restoration /gentrification of Athens’ center and as has to do with the radical movement grounds. ·
The successful protection of squatted Prosfygika from oppression and looting, is a responsibility that applies also to the whole organized movement and the people of struggle.

For all these reasons:

We declare the squatted neighborhood of Prosfygika in an emergency situation against a possible move of evacuation. & We call everyone to stand in solidarity for the defense of the liberated ground and community of squatted Prosfygika.

Athen: Wichtige Ankündigung der Versammlung der Prosfygika-Besetzung an der Alexandras Straße

Prosfygika ist der Name eines Häuserkomplexes im Zentrum von Athen, direkt neben dem Polizeihauptquartier G.A.D.A, dem Athener Berufungsgericht, dem Fußballstadion von Panathinaikos F.C. und den Krankenhäusern ELPIS und Ag. Savvas. Der gesamte Komplex hat eine Grundfläche von 1,4 Hektar und seine 179 Wohneinheiten sind größtenteils besetzt und bewohnt.

Seit 2002, als der neue Zyklus aus Repression und Plünderung unter dem Vorwand der Stadterneuerung anlässlich der bevorstehenden Olympischen Spiele 2004 begann, dauern die staatlichen Bemühungen zur Rückeroberung des Viertels ununterbrochen an.
Die Versuche, unsere Nachbarschaft zu verkaufen und abzureissen, scheiterten mit der offiziellen Anerkennung des Viertels als architektonisches und geschichtliches Nationaldenkmal. Es folgte der Versuch, die Nachbarschaft durch die Invasion kleiner Drogengangs unter Protektion der G.A.D.A. auszuhöhlen und die Freiräume durch sie auszubeuten.

Eine Antwort auf die neuen Pläne zur Unterdrückung waren die Besetzungen und damit einhergehend die neuen Leute, die innerhalb der Nachbarschaft arbeiten. Einige dieser Leute waren später unter den Gründer*innen der Gemeinschaft und der Versammlung der Prosfygika-Besetzung (Sy.Ka.Pro). Ihr Engagement, das Leben in die Nachbarschaft gebracht hat, dauert nun schon zehn Jahre an. Die Selbstorganisierung, die 400 bis 500 dauerhaften Bewohner*innen, die kommunalen Strukturen (Versammlungsräumlichkeiten, kollektive Küche, kollektives Containern, kollektive Bäckerei, Internet, Kindergarten und Café) haben aus der Nachbarschaft die zahlen- und flächenmäßig größte Besetzer*innengemeinschaft auf dem griechischen Territorium gemacht, die darüber hinaus Teil von sozialen, Klassen- und und internationalen Kämpfen ist.

Jedoch gab es neben den direkten staatlichen Angriffen auch noch andere Strategien zur Zerstörung des Widerstandes und der kollektiven Kämpfe der Squatter*innen: das unterbrechen von Strom- und Wasserversorgung, politische Gerichtsprozesse gegen Besetzer*innen etc. Eine bedeutende Rolle bei all dem spielten auch die Auswirkungen innerer Konflikte, die in der Bewegung durch die Unterdrückung der Squats während der rechten Regierung von Samaras, aber auch mit dem Eintreten der „linken“ SYRIZA-Regierung, ausgelöst wurden.

All das bisher genannte kulminierte in drei unterschiedlichen, jeweils verschiedenartigen Wellen von Repression (2012, 2015, 2018), die mit Verlusten in der Nachbarschaft einhergingen, und der Belagerung sowie fehlgeschlagenen Invasion am 31.10/1.11.2016. Der Staat und die parteipolitischen Mechanismen wissen diese Begebenheiten sehr gut auszunutzen.

Während all dieser Jahre haben sowohl die Versammlung von Prosfygika (Sy.Ka.Pro) als auch die neuen Freund*innen durch ihre Teilnahme, ihre Entschlossenheit und Beharrlichkeit versucht, den befreiten Raum in der Nachbarschaft am Leben zu erhalten oder gar noch auszubauen. Durch die Kämpfe, die geschlagen wurden, durch die kollektiven Strukturen, durch die Beziehungen und die Enteignung von neuen Häusern haben wir heute das Ziel erreicht, in allen acht Blöcken, aus denen das Viertel besteht, die Gemeinschaft zu verankern.

Gleichzeitig bewegen sich die staatlichen und parteipolitischen Mechanismen in ihrer Feindschaft zu unserem Kampf und entwerfen neue Pläne für die Plünderung und Eroberung unseres Viertels. Wie es aussieht wird der neue Angriff, der bereits begonnen hat, der bisher schwerste. Die SYRIZA-Regierung hat in Zusammenarbeit mit den staatlichen Institutionen entschieden, in unsere Nachbarschaft zu intervenieren, um sie zu restrukturieren und damit die Besetzungen und die Besetzer*innen (Familien, Wohnungslose, Migrant*innen, politische Flüchtlinge und Organisationen, lokale Kämpfer*innen), die den Großteil der Nachbarschaft ausmachen, zu bedrohen.

Gleichzeitig besteht weiter die konstante Gefahr plötzlicher Invasionen in die Nachbarschaft (17.8.18, Ende Januar, Mitte Februar 2019). Auf gesetzlicher oder institutioneller Grundlage, was jedoch nie die Ebene der Bedrohung überstieg, durch mediale Ankündigungen und durch Initiativen verschiedener kultureller oder lokaler Vereine, durch technische Inspektionen etc.
Das gesamte Vorgehen wurde durch eine parlamentarische Abstimmung über einen Entwurf im vergangenen Monat besiegelt.

Unsererseits können wir auch behaupten, dass wir bereit sind, den neuen Plan der Gemeinschaft und Nachbarschaft in den kommenden Jahren durch die Verstärkung der bereits bestehenden und der Schaffung von neuen Strukturen und Projekten, durchzuführen. Wesentlich bleibt auch die breite und facettenreiche Solidarität der Bewegung, da die entscheidende Schlacht um die Rettung eines lebendigen Ort des Kampfes eine Sache ist, die uns alle angeht.

Um bessere Voraussetzungen dafür zu schaffen, unseren Boden und unsere Häuser gegen die Unterdrücker zu verteidigen, arbeiten wir an einem offenen Aufruf zur Unterstützung und Durchsetzung von Prosfygika. Wir wollen die kämpfenden Menschen, die organisierten Gruppen und jede*n einzelne*n Freund*in dazu aufrufen, politisch, personell und materiell Unterstützung zu leisten, um sowohl den Widerstand als auch eine Kampffront zur Verteidigung des befreiten Ortes der Prosfygika-Besetzung und ihrer politischen, organischen und operativen Autonomie gegen die Plünderung und die Unterdrückung durch den Staat zu formieren.

Auf Grund unserer neuesten Erkenntnissen bezüglich einer möglicherweise kurz bevorstehenden Invasion und Räumung des ersten und achten Blocks von Prosfygika für eine vorgeschobene Renovierung, die einen Versuch der stückweisen Übernahme der gesamten Nachbarschaft durch die Repressionsorgane darstellt, haben wir uns entschlossen, diesen Alarmierungstext zu veröffentlichen. Durch den Angriff auf diese zwei Blöcke würde eine Kettenreaktion von Verschiebungen und Änderungen ausgelöst, deren Endeffekt der komplette Fall unserer Nachbarschaft sein soll.

Es ist der Dringlichkeit dieses Aufrufes geschuldet, dass wir eine umfassende Analyse des Themas auf den kommenden offenen Solidaritätsaufruf verschieben. Dennoch sollten wir folgendes vergegenwärtigen:
-Sy.Ka.Pro regiert oder kontrolliert nicht die Nachbarschaft und versucht dies auch nicht
-die Rolle von Sy.Ka.Pro innerhalb der Nachbarschaft von Prosfygika ist es, eine dauerhafte Struktur in der auf Freiwilligkeit basierenden Verteidigung des Bodens zu sein sowie eine autonomen und frei organisierten Gemeinschaft zu schaffen
-der organisatorische und operative Zusammenhang von Sy.Ka.Pro verpflichtet nur diejenigen, die sich entschieden haben, Teil davon zu sein

Wir wissen, was auf dem Spiel steht:

This weekend, members of the Prosfygika community travelled to Hamburg, Germany, to attend the 3rd conference on Challenging Capitalist Modernity. The conference is a bi/annual event that brings together communities and organizations from four continents to discuss and learn from each other on the topics of Democratic Modernity, Women’s Empowerment, Confederalism, and the ideology of the Apoist/Kurdish revolution taking place in Rojava as we speak.

The conference presents an unique experience for militants from Rojava to meet academics studying their revolution (including the surrounding topics of direct democracy, ecology, and women’s liberation), as well as a wide range of groups that are adopting Apoist theory (social and political modes of organization, as inspired by the writings of PKK founder and Kurdish Political Prisoner Abdullah Ocalan) and doing solidarity work in Europe, as well as North and South America. Prosfygika falls into the latter category, as we are a community that seeks to jointly decentralize ourselves, and interact with the outside world as a horizontally-organized collective, as well as providing support for the Kurdish Community in Greece, and pushing for greater support for Rojava in the Greek Anarchist movement. We also see our use of militant insurrection against the Capitalist Greek Nation-State as a show of solidarity with Rojava, and the anti-Capitalist Modernity movement (although, as we found, there are factions of the same movement that shy away from such action).

We held a table at the conference, participated in workshop groups concerning international solidarity, youth organizing, and Jineology (the social science of women that was born out of Apoist thought), and met new comrades from around the world.
As a community, we salute all those who struggle around the world for liberation from Nation-States and Capitalist Modernity, and the movements in solidarity with them.

In Prosfygika, we strongly believe in treating weeds like they are fascists, and fascists like they are weeds! They both have to go!!

To that end, we’ve started combining our antifascist presence in the neighborhood with weekly “guardening” sessions. Not only does this mean that we’re out and the neighborhood when Golden Dawn members (with heavy police protection) are passing by, but that we are using our time to improve the space that we live in and love. People who would only be comfortable in one space or the other also get the chance to interact in common work,meaning that the fiercest warriors are hanging out with the littlest kids!

Current projects are focusing on cleaning trash, clearing weeds (and prickly stickers), sprouting herbs and tomatoes, and bringing in hardier plants that can survive the rocky urban soil!

Guarding our plants from cars and fascists

On 13/03/2017, the regime’s assault battalions stormed into two occupied areas, the Villa Zografos and a squat housing refugees and immigrants in Alkiveiadou Street. To law enforcement mechanisms and their political superiors, squatters are not separated. Both the social squats, such as Villa Zografos, and immigrant housing squats, as in Alkiveiadou Street and political squats are to be eradicated from the new urban environment.

The new architecture of European states and dioceses militarily imposes oppressive and exploitative regimes. For anyone who does not accept this there is a place in works camps, the social margins, in concentration camps, prisons, or they can be exterminated.

Upgraded operations and designed invasions, similar in type to the Thessaloniki last year, show the unity of objectives and overall planning of the regime. They show the long-term suppression of the plan which involves the whole range of tentacles of state and capitalist machine. With the ’12 invasion in Athens as a guide, arch-executor Kaminis and other dregs of the urban world (institutions, companies, church, cops, judges, media), attempt to plunder what the struggle has won in recent years. The decline of the movement and our internal weaknesses are the appropriate ground for suppression and invasion.

There are both a common reference point for those oppressed and persecuted by the state and capital, and also provide a lively social liberation perspective. Our communities are marching along with the overall movement for the fight against tyranny.

The Assembly of Anarchists and Migrants Against the War in Syria staged an intervention in Syntagma Square to protest the escalation of violence in the Syrian Civil War. Protesters gave texts and played music to inform the public about large scale attacks in Syria by the Assad Regime and by US Forces.

Prosfygika has been an active participant in the Assembly Against the War in Syria, and members of the community came down to support the action, and protest the ongoing violence.

Members of the Prosfygika community picked up the call of local antifascist collectives to join a demonstration against Golden Dawn and autonomous fascists in the Ambelokipi neighborhood on April 12. Over 100 people, including people from other neighborhoods who came in solidarity marched outside local fascist hangouts and headquarters. The fascists were nowhere to be seen, but locals greeted the march with enthusiasm.

We marched with the message that the streets are for the people, not for pigs and not for fascists! The message continues to reverberate with the people of Ambelokipi, and the organized collectives in the neighborhood.

On 06/12/2008 the occupying police forces murdered 15-year-old Alexandros Grigoropoulos. This murder was not an isolated incident, as noted in popular opinion, strengthened by state run media; but the expected result of political and economic power imposed on the weaker classes. The murder of the young fighter that stood against society and the state that created it, show openly that there is no tolerance for those who make the decision to self-organize, and to fight back for social liberation.

The escalation of class antagonisms (both intense and gradual) in that period, and the attempts to destabilize the regime by the insurgents forced kyriarchs to defend their privileges with tooth and nail. From the assertive marches of students of 06-07 until the murder of Grigoropoulos on December 08, the rage and social discontent against the police system directly targeted those are responsible for maintaining the system of imposed oppression and poverty. Anger emerged publically through dynamic demonstrations and strikes, in the main streets of the city and in smaller clashes with the police and emergency operations. The massive and consistent presence of those who could not be integrated and subordinated to the neoliberal project of the dominant, forced the mobilization of warfare tactics and terrorist strategy on the side of the repressive system.

The new state strategy attempts to weaken the radical horizontal movement, which seeks social liberation through the destruction of state hierarchy entirely. After organizing efforts fell from 2012-2014, SYRIZA took advantage of the weak social resistance to ascend to power, using state-economic factors to stabilize the state’s regime of oppression and exploitation. The new face of repression shows excessive bias- already evident in state terrorism- including the continuation of poverty and the attempts to assimilate the horizontal-radical movement. The leftist State intensifies and prolongs oppression and exploitation, attempts to brand anarchist and communist fighters as dangerous criminals, and holds these activists and revolutionaries in prisons, thus clearing the path for bosses and authoritarians to have total control.

The murder of the young fighters was a straight and unconditional attack by the state apparatus against those who do not submit before slavery, those who side with freedom and not with submission. Exarcheia, from then until today, remains a meeting place for those who question and do not submit to the state and social inertia. The struggle against the power and the state is seen in participation and support of social liberated territory and structures.

The squats unite the oppressed by erasing practically any hierarchical expression and are a direct example of social self-organization, against the monopoly and brutality of the state and capitalism.

On November 15, comrade J. Kouvedakis went to court for the incident with DI.AS group in Victoria Square on the day of Imia (01/30/2016). The same day, several comrades were also on trial, after they were arrested on 31/10 for their actions to protect Prosfygika, Av. Alexandra, from fascists and state repression. Their trial has been postponed before. Comrades in solidarity gathered early in the morning and filled the halls of the court.

The Charges (the first comrade):

– Resistance
– Disturbing public peace
– Threating bodily harm against police
– Serious injury of police
– Destruction of property
– Refusal to give fingerprints
– Bearing Arms

The only witnesses of the court were six policemen DI.AS. The two of them ”recognized” the comrade, saying he attacked them with chairs, stones, helmets, bats and damaged police cars and motorcycles. A third, prompted by his partner, said that may he also though this comrade was involved and, though initially he did not recognize him! Based on the file, the driver of the patrol said the arrest was a result of damage to the vehicle. Meanwhile the cop DI.AS who made the arrest said it occurred away from the damaged care. The third policeman cast doubt on the claims in the file saying that the person who damaged the police car had a black helmet, while the comrade in question was wearing a helmet of light grey! The pair who made the initial accusation, as well as the third, made contradictory statements (on file) as to both the conception and the characteristics of the offender. Despite the contradictory data during cross examinations, the police maintained their initial testimony. Photographs, from a news website, were produced as evidence, which quite clearly showed to the police using chairs as a weapon.

At the end the comrade had a chance to speak, giving a statement the exposed political nature of the trial. The expected verdict is not only directed against him, but against the entire anti-fascist movement and its strategies against the fascists and repression. Anti-fascism is war against oppression and poverty, which are born by the state and capital. The global political and economic system that is responsible for the poverty of the people and for the wars of European and American imperialism in the Middle East. The police and the fascists have a common role, namely to safeguard the interests of the political and economic elite, and suppress any attempt by the oppressed class for social liberation.

The Jury continuously interrupted, in order to devalue the political motivations and defense of the comrade. In particular, the place and time of the arrest are directly related to the anti-fascist mobilizations during this period. The arrest took place in an area where refugees and immigrants are housed, on a day commemorating fascists of Golden Dawn, Imia. The Greek government helps shape the global political-economic regime, participating in imperialist interventions, forcibly displacing the people their homes and neighborhoods. Cops and fascists, ensure that the masses are squeezed out of such places, that they do not have the social territory to organize for liberation. Local people, immigrants and refugees must struggle together against oppression and exploitation.

At the insistence of the judge to testify as to his whereabouts on that day, the comrade replied he had taken part in an antifascist march. This started in Victoria Square, where there was already a calling for minimum solidarity with the refugees and migrants residing there. The march was an act against repression and the mercenaries of the state, with the result that part of the march was already mobilized to move against the police forces. He disputed the allegation that the police forces were already in the square because a series of small fights and confrontations had already alerted the march and the police to each other’s presence. The comrade denied the accusations of the police, and politically defended the need for immediate action against state, police and fascists. He closed by stressing that the fight for equality, freedom, solidarity continues in the streets. Wherever they meet, communicate and self-organize, the struggle for class revolt and social liberation grows stronger.

The prosecutor was, obviously, embarrassed during the speech where the comrade recognized the signs of class war – poverty, oppression and dynamics of social liberation struggle. Standing at critical jargon partner against class and defended as the 750 employees! He proposed condemning the comrade to 19 months imprisonment with 3 years suspended sentence on charges of corruption and attacks on policemen.

In conclusion, we can say that those who defend the antiauthoritarian struggle must be aware that we will not be treated equally in courts, even without strong incriminating information. The political nature of this trial was enough to override and support police lawlessness. Unsuprisingly, as the judiciary is part of the state, which ensures the safety of the capitalist system from any actions aimed at destabilization, a system which caused the suffering of all peoples of the planet.

Self-organization, direct connections, and horizontal organization in the oppressed class disturbs those protected by the fascists and state repression. The struggle is given without sacrifices and roses in hands. Despite convictions and repression, the struggle for freedom will always remain open and we need only our will to realize it.

Two more years have passed since the first police operation, which launched a barrage of repression and eviction in occupied self-organized areas and communities. Today, one can no longer deny the obvious, all-out and organized attack of the state against a large part of the struggling world, against its structures but mainly against its infrastructure.

So far, suppression has removed a large number of squats from the movement that extends throughout the whole of Greece, starting from the large urban centers and continuing in the provinces, attacking individuals to eradicate the whole. It works not by killing totally and openly the movement’s infrastructure through a Bliztkrieg, but by attacking the specifics of each venture, creating the idea that an attack on one project is a seperate incident and does not constitute an attack on the whole movement. Thus they work over time, grabbing every opportunity for a new attack. This tactic, in addition to its general goal, further undermines the struggler’s morale through a series of unmanageable defeats, confusion and fragmentation, waiting for the effects of repression to fall like a mature fruit.

By combining the tactics of shock (there were periods like December 12 or August 13 where there was one repressive action after another) and multiple open fronts, the state seeks to silence and kill the social movemnts.

Starting with the question “why is the state attacking squats” we have the opportunity to review the social field of recent years, starting on one hand with the undeniable period of misery of the lower and the small-middle-class social strata and a more general economic plot, and the exacerbation of the class competition and anticompetitive questioning on the other. The state is using the economic crisis as part of a broader restructuring plan for domestic capitalism that has as its basis both the looting of social wealth and the elimination of social and class resistance. The attack in the last two years in self-organized places – meeting places – occupations of schools – through means of disinformation, is not separated from the general social and class conflict. At the same time, strikes and struggle are criminalized and repressed, labor relations are dramatically deteriorating, and new austerity measures are imposed on the already impoverished social masses. At the same time new repressive methods are being launched, and the police army of repression is strengthened through their alliance with fascism, which acts as a weapon of the state, followed by an orgy of violence and terrorism against the socially weak and social militants. This culminated in the massive capture of immigrants and concentration camps (Xenios Zeus), the repression of the inhabitants of Skouries through criminal organizations, the assassination of Th. Kanautis over a bus ticket at Peristeri, and the murder of anti-fascist P. Fyssa by the battalions of Golden Dawn in Keratsini.
In the context of a time of evacuations and retreats, there is a fertile ground for reflection of the movement’s reaction in each case, and with regard to the abundance of tactics, the dynamics of mobilization and activation in the world of the struggle, the means chosen, and the final result of all of the above.

A movement without its squats and meeting places, without the real territorialisation and the social roots produced by organizational and political work of the social base, will be a particularly weak movement. Not because the method of squatting is a kind of fetish, or holds the monopoly of the struggle, but because on these fields, we have largely chosen to organize ourselves and build our own bastions of resistance and counter-attack.

The question of whether we can defend our squats is is a positive response to their spread across Greece, but also to their “limited” total number, so that dynamics can be developed which not only create a line of defense against the state’s plans, but also play their own role within a context of a more general social and class counter-attack.

The question of whether we have adequately defended our squat, we can only answer “no”, with a few exceptions, irrespective of their final results. The resistanceswe have recovered and the battles we have fought so far are totally disproportionate to the circumstances and the stakes.

Even the very slogan of “ideas that are not evacuated”, which replaced the project “10-100-1000 squats”, advocates the above. If the ideas are not evicted, then we do not accept any kind of attack, since the state so far does not attempt to suppress our ideas but our organized structures. Moreover, even if their ultimate goal is our ideas, then state plans have declared a futile war, since our ideas, that is, the ones that are in sight, are not endangered by the evacuations, since they can not simply be evacuated . But is that the case? Yes and no. But if we want to be at least realistic, we have to accept that capitalism does not simply fight ideas, since they are cut off from the field of social dynamics and grounded in everyday life, rathey they assimilate and weaken them, destroying their radical characteristics. It is not just our ideas are dangerous, but our ideas in action, and this field is the target of state repression. Every piece of ground that creates the conditions and the background so that these ideas can open the way for a wider material and imaginative challenge against the spectrum of domination, and to re-create strong openings for movement self-defense and conditions of counter-attack.

In trying to find answers to the ways and means to respond to state plans, we conclude that the recipe of a one-sided defense tactic to rescue what we can (the tactic of the static barrier) can only lead us to painful defeat. It removes initiative from the movements, giving it over to the state, who now has the advantage of the exclusive choice of the space and time of a new attack, and the concentration of its forces on certain points, at the same time that this logic in us brings about the dispersion and the substantial weakening of the resistances by keeping us scattered and practically isolated in our individual ventures. On the other hand, with the suppression of the suppressed ventures, we have to fight back together by taking the initiative, putting together the social struggles and channeling our dynamics to the final victory of the radical movement.

ASSEMBLY OF SQUATTED PROSFYGIKA

Since early summer, due to the the action of paramilitary murderers Golden Dawn in the Athens appeals court, the neighborhood of Prosfygika, Alexandras Av., has been in a constant state of siege, which has pushed to the limits all the people in and around it, as opposed to the state projects, law enforcement mechanisms, and fascists. The deciding factor of this situation was the decision of the head judges not to accept the political nature of the trial, playing with the balance of power, as anti-fascists and refugees were isolated on one side and fascists were supported on the other.

It is important to note once again that in the neighborhood of Prosfygika, there are living about 500 people, squatters or not, of many nationalities, religions and cultures, the elderly, children, the sick, immigrants and refugees, between two hospitals – Elpis and the cancer center of Agios Savvas. The ongoing effort towards the devaluation, isolation, repression and plunder the neighborhood of Prosfygika, Av. Alexandra from the state and the market, is interwoven with the transfer of the Attica region last summer, the appeal trial of Golden Dawn, and in general the choices of institutions.

All the previous period, from early summer to the last meeting in September (30/9), state and fascists attempted to impose their presence against the neighborhood of Prosfygika. Their original plan entailed fascists in Degleri St. (running between Prosfygika and the Court of Areos Pagos) mixed with the cops, the fascist organizations in isolated Loukareos Street and undercover police as well as green riot cops stationed as permanent “protectors”, forcing the people of the neighborhood (Prosfygika) to “hide away, like mice in a hole.” These police stepped back due to an open advocacy call, which organized the community, refugees and people in solidarity to stand together. By mid September, the small number of fascists who were remained were forced to leave by anti-fascist slogans of this guard. The cops had returned to their acquired positions, ie the pavement of Degleri St., to protect the fascists during their entry and departure to the court, and at the central police headquarters.

On the court dates that fell on the anniversary of the murder of Fyssas, fascists upgraded their presence, as did the police, including on 10/14/16, where squads of riot police occupied Kouzis street and half the streets Koronias and Trichonidos cutting off large parts of the neighborhood. On 31/10/16 they attempted again to invade, and to violently break down the just self-defense of the people and impose their terrorism.

On the same day (31/10/16), at 7:45 a.m., at the same time that 50-60 members of Golden Dawn we approaching the entrance from Degleri St, riot squads invaded from Av Alexandras, attempting to push resident out. 10 fascists separated from the group, invaded from Koronias St, attacking simultaneously. Two people were arrested and then tortured. They were accused at GADA (Athens Police Head Quarters) with secondary level charges, and the trial was postponed to 11/15/16 in Military Courts.

After clearing the nieghborhood, creating a safe space for the fascists throughout the trial, Police turned to Trichonidos St. and tried to invade homes breaking external doors and using chemical and stun grenades between Elpis hospitals Agios Savvas, seriously endangering residents and patients. The organized defense of neighborhood residents spontaneously repelled the invasion. While other riot cops on the GADA side entered the neighborhood, attacking the people of the neighborhood and those whose came in solidarity to guard. From that time until 3.30 pm, there were fierce battles with riot police in the streets, either melee or from balconies and terraces, which eventually forced the cops to retreat. No incendiary materials were used for for the defense of the neighborhood, contrary to the regime’s fear-mongering. During the conflict no one was arrested, but there were several who were slightly injured, and several residents and guards who were taken to the GADA, but were released without charges on the same day. After the end of the conflict the neighborhood of Prosfygika returned to peace, free from the forces of repression and the terror, more united and more powerful than before. The only disturbance was harassment by undercover police the same night to residents of the neighborhood.

The next day (1/11/16), the neighborhood of Prosfygika was fortified and ready to resist against a renewed attempt of repression and fascist invasion. In the morning 15-20 fascists came to the entrance at Delgeri St. and attempted a new attack with stones, with protection from several units of riot police, prior to entering the trial, and were answered with stones from the neighborhood guard. During the following time, and ongoing court cases, there were confrontations with the forces, which remained at a safe distance from the neighborhood. The only exception, was an attempt by a riot squad to isolate a small group of anti-fascists from ORMA who were in the courtyard of Appeal side Degleri. The presence of residents and people in solidarity and threat to record the police prevented this attempt.

As we continue the meetings of paramilitary gang of Golden Dawn at the Athens Court of Appeal, the community of Prosfygika Av. Alexandra will defend its territory by its own efforts and the support of solidarity. A land that did not fall from the artillery of the English capitalists, nor the machine guns of snitches, and continues to stand as a barricade against the world of power, oppression and exploitation.

We clearly and publicly declare that we will not tolerate the exclusion of our neighborhood, which according to the judicial and repressive designs will be extended until the end of the trial, several months later. We will defend our neighborhood with determination and without counting the cost against the plans of repression and fascism.

On 03/11/14, 138 occupied apartments in the neighborhood of Prosfygika turned over TAIPED (State Service for Sale of Public Property) in order to be sold and thus exploited. According to this plan, the explusion of more than 500 residents of the refugee, families, patients, immigrants and refugees, combatants and workers, will happen in the near future.

Before this territorial attack, there was a war of propaganda. For days, the ravens of the mainstream media attempted to create a climate that could pave the way for invasion by cops and fascists in the Agios Panteleimon area of Athens. Slander, depreciation and profiling are the propaganda arms of the state and the bosses, used against society and its struggles.

The impending destruction of Prosfygika as a proletarian neighborhood demonstrates all aspects and levels of urban cannibalism. The reactionary cries against immigrants and the poor fall in line with the agenda of investment companies and their undercover dealings with “progressive” charities, erasing dozens of people’s lives. It is typical paranoia, especially as those who claim to work for progress build the most nightmarish realities, to propose the expulsion of refugees in order to build a museum for refugees, and to expel patients for hosting other patients. Behind all this, are hidden aspirations to gain control, and the political opportunism that devastats the lives of dozens of people. The bourgeois cannibals smile showing rotten teeth. Vampires of urban world attempt to give life to the self-righteousness, and show cruelty to the lives and blood of the persecuted.

The attack in the neighborhood of Prosfygika is a condensation of the modern junta of local and transnational bosses and the fascist leadership of the Greek government, the IMF and the Troika. It encompasses all the individual characteristics of the non-stop war that has been declared against society and the working class itself and all those social and political subjects under the pressure of capitalist tyranny, and against the responsibility of creating a world of justice, equity and freedom.

In Prosfygika Av. Alexandras, there currently live more than five hundred people in each category of the order of the oppressed: Refugees, immigrants, families with children, the elderly, the sick, formerly homeless, political activists, recovering drug addicts in the ELPIS hospital, and people of all nationalities and religions. It is a multiethnic mosaic of communities and the most persecuted peoples of the world. People who have experienced the capitalist war, refugees and torture, poverty and misery, persecution and hunger.

The history and present of refugee captures the struggle of the workers and plundered. Those who never found solid ground to stand on, and those who never stopped fighting. You hear bursts of guerrilla machinegun and the stound of rebels marching passed from house to house through bullet holes left from the long ago December of guerilla fighting. You are alert to the cries of tortured political prisoners in Averoff prison and the rumble of demolishing bulldozers. We are suffocated, today, with the new tyranny imposed on us and stands menacingly around us through the violence and brutality expressed symbolically through boht monsters of the ruling power, the mansions of violence and repression, the police headquarters that all besiege us.

The story of the neighborhood of Prosfygika speaks to the struggle for survival and dignity, solidarity and companionship, for self-organization, equality and social struggle for interracial and interreligious coexistence in times of poverty and cannibalism. Its a social and cultural workshop, a self-managed community that continues to be there for those who built it, immigrants, refugees and those looted by capitalist barbarity. It talks about the smiles of dozens of children playing in the streets of the neighborhood, collective kitchens and self-organized production structures, self-education, social and political activities, caring for patients and the weak, maintenance, with limited means, a place that encapsulates working class struggles memories of the last eighty years.

Every fighter, man or woman, is called upon to struggle. We are called to realize the imagined community of struggle with genuine solidarity and autonomous initiative in conjunction with collective coordination. The victory of Prosfygika against the repression and plunder of the state and the bosses will either be a victory for greater multiform radical movement or will be a geat defeat.

The attitude of each and every oppressed person of struggle ought to defend what we have gained so far and, even further, stand in opposition to those oppressing our lives. Prosfygika and the entire movement must overturn government plans and the bosses by opening wide the struggle to all people, creating pressure through interventions in various fields, and the mass mobilizing and combative defense of our occupied ground.

All of us, people – refugees, squatters – will not give up an inch of land without a fight to the bosses. United we will stand up to halt the onslaught of modern totalitarianism. We will struggle to stop every attempt to sell and privatize Prosfygika. Until it becomes impossible, we will defend our spaces, our sturctures and our lives against private economic operators with our bodies.

In the world of modern capitalist exploitation, societies are subject to plunder and raids from the entire spectrum of kyriarchy. Local communities threatened by investment plans both domestic and transnational bosses, social groups facing misery, entire neighborhoods or areas that are at the center of economic regeneration plans. Both metropolises and rural areas, are constantly opened to new exploitation and repression fronts on one hand, and struggle and resistance on the other, greatly magnified by the new conditions imposed by the economic and political restructuring of the ruling class, against the “bottom” (which we commonly understand to be a crisis).

The games developed on these unsolved challenges (natural environment destruction, plunder of natural and human resources at the expense of local communities and for the benefit of the financial interests of companies, changes in the fabric of social daily life according to the dictates of new investment projects, etc. ) show that they not only unite many people with different backgrounds in radical directions, but also push the fighters to confront these repressions . The dynamics of these propositions are based on material circumstance, the depth and understanding of the target audience, the ability to be create social self-organization, the knowledge of the terrain and circumstances, and the ability to mobilize the entire network grid and inherent energy dormant within them. A series of struggles, some larger and others smaller, in the small towns (20 years of struggle in the villages of Chalkidiki against gold mining, fights against the landfill in Keratea and Lefkimi, Corfu etc.) and others in the metropolis (self-organized squats that were threatened such as Cyprus park, Navarino park and fights against high voltage electrical infrastructure, etc.), are juxtaposed with politically and economically repressive mechanisms, which mostly ended with victory for the struggle and disorderly retreat by state and bosses.

The experiences of kyriarchal attack creates new consciousness and reconfigures understanding, this has recently pulled fragmented social groups towards the creation of new communities, theoretically and materially identified by the conditions of social compression and dissatisfaction.

These new communities are created on in the field of struggle as self-adminstrated autonomous sociopolitical bodies that create thier own significance through the stimuli of daily life and struggle; their experiences and their own re-illustration of the world as it stands in relationship with them. Their generally antagonistic relationship with the sovereign power bodies enhances autonomy and radicality and brings new people and ideas, often outside of the existing power grid and political structures.

Meanwhile, the same struggle within their communities bears responsibility for their radical features. These new communities are not formed out of nothing, rather they stand on old materials of social and political orientation, and on a new ground of changing material conditions and relations. There is conflict between these worlds, the new radical forces emerging from the ongoing conditions struggle and needs of communities of struggle, and preexisting activities and cultures that force assimulation and manipulate spontaneous insurrectionary actiion and movements (local economic elite, opposition political staff, etc.);this is the field on which new squatting communities must find their path.

The number of already existing communities of struggle, and those yet to be born into the turbulent reality that surrounds us, constitute the de facto seeds of new community as the synthetic product. The creation of this the new community of struggle depends greatly on the radicalization and interconnection of individual communities of struggle through the movement and mutually supportive relationship between them.
