His condition remains extremely critical, with very severe, persistent hypoglycemic episodes, and, due to swallowing difficulties resulting from muscle weakness, he has developed aspiration into the respiratory tract and hypoxemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The generalized, severe muscle weakness has also affected the respiratory muscles and the muscles of the face and eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is being administered inhaled bronchodilators and oxygen via a nasal cannula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His condition is extremely serious and steadily worsening, and the ongoing complications make it life-threatening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
